An Unforgettable Evening at the Dandelion Chocolate Factory

Last week, we teamed up with Founders Network to host a special evening at Dandelion Chocolate Factory in San Francisco. Founders from across SF and Silicon Valley, ranging from seed stage to Series A and beyond, came together for a night of networking, fine wine, and exceptional chocolate.

The night’s standout experience? A behind-the-scenes factory tour that offered a rare look at Dandelion’s bean-to-bar chocolate-making process. Attendees sampled a range of artisanal chocolates and even had the chance to taste raw cacao fruit.

The crowd’s favorite treats? Dandelion’s famous caramels and cookies. The biggest surprise? Learning that their caramels are made with 10+ types of sugar (yes, really!)

Great conversations, amazing flavors, and a fantastic community—this night was a reminder that both startups and chocolate-making are a blend of art and science.
